Dojo Blast Pod Is Not Producing Vapour
First check that the rechargeable Dojo Blast device has sufficient battery power. Remove the replacement pod and fit it again firmly, making sure both the pod and refill container are correctly seated.
If the device still does not activate, inspect the contact area for moisture, dirt or visible damage before trying another compatible replacement.
Weak Flavour from the Pod
Weak flavour can happen when the pod is nearing the end of its e-liquid supply or when the battery charge is low. Check the device power and remaining liquid before replacing anything.
If flavour remains noticeably weak after charging and correctly fitting the components, the integrated coil may have reached the end of its normal usable life.
Burnt Taste When Vaping
Stop using the pod if you notice a persistent burnt or unusually dry taste. A fresh pod may need time for e-liquid to settle around the mesh coil before repeated vaping.
If the burnt taste continues after resting the pod and confirming liquid is available, replace the affected pod rather than continuing to use a potentially exhausted coil.
Pod or Refill Container Is Leaking
Remove the replacement components and check that they were assembled correctly. Wipe any visible e-liquid from the device connection area before reinstalling the components carefully.
Do not continue using a pod or container with obvious cracks, physical damage or persistent leaking after correct installation, as the damaged component should be replaced.
Replacement Pod Does Not Fit
Confirm that you have purchased the correct Vaporesso Dojo Blast 10K replacement rather than a pod made for another Vaporesso system. Similar branding does not guarantee device compatibility.
Never force a pod into the device. Doing so may damage either the replacement or the connection inside the rechargeable device.
Pod Life Seems Shorter Than Expected
Remember that the 10,000-puff figure is an approximate maximum rather than a guaranteed result. Long draws and frequent vaping increase e-liquid consumption and can noticeably reduce overall pod duration.
If pod life suddenly becomes much shorter than usual, also check for leakage or an improperly fitted refill container that could be causing unnecessary liquid loss.
