Return and Refund Policy 

 

At E-liquid Base, we are committed to providing our customers with 100% authentic and original products. However, we offer a simple and transparent 30-day return and refund policy if you receive an incorrect or defective product. 

 

Please read our terms before initiating a return or refund request. 

 

 

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

 

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions if:

  • You receive a faulty, damaged, or non-functioning product 

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging for requesting a return on personal choice

 

 

Non-returnable Products

 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety regulations:

  • E-liquids

  • Coils and Tanks

  • Batteries 

  • Atomizers

  • Drip Tips and Mouthpieces 

  • Opened or Used Pods

  • Any Clearance Sale Item 

 

 

Refund Policy

 

Note that: 

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment account used at the time of purchase. 

  • Customers must notify us via email to info@eliquidbase.co.uk within 3 days of receiving their products if the product is damaged, faulty, or defective.

  • Refunds will not be granted for the products returned without any manufacturing fault.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers will bear any extra handling and shipping costs.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return. 

  • If the product does not have any manufacturing defect and the customer still wishes to return it, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, e-liquids, mouthpieces, pods, coils, tanks, batteries, and tips cannot be returned.

  • Customers can exchange a product for another item of the same price or pay the difference for a higher price.

  • For disposables, the return period is one (1) day, and for devices/pods systems, it is five (5) days.

  • For disposables or pod systems, the return period is five (5) days, and the package must be unopened

 

 

Procedure for Returns and Refunds

 

Follow the rules to request returns or refunds of your items:

  • The customer must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product via email or WhatsApp 

  • The request must include the order number, product image, and a clear explanation of the issue.

  • Upon approval, return instructions will be provided. The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within thirty (30) working days.  

 

 

Additional Terms and Conditions

 

  • Products modified, altered, or repaired by third parties are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Liquid-damaged devices or pod systems are not covered under the return and refund warranty.

  • Clearance sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Returns will not be accepted if any original packaging items are missing.

  • Customers must carefully inspect the products before leaving our physical stores, as returns will not be accepted once the products are taken out.
