Pod Does Not Produce Vapour
Remove the pod and check that all seals have been removed. Clean the pod and device contacts with a dry tissue. Charge the CP600 device, reinstall the pod firmly, and try a slow puff.
Pod Is Not Fitting Correctly
Check that you are using genuine Crystal CP600 replacement pods. Do not force a pod from another device into the CP600. Remove any packaging material and make sure the pod is facing the correct direction.
Weak Flavour or Low Vapour
A weak taste may mean the pod is nearly empty, the device battery is low, or condensation is covering the contacts. Charge the device, clean the connection, and replace the pod when needed.
Burnt or Dry Taste
Stop vaping when you notice a burnt taste. Allow the device and pod to cool. Avoid repeated long puffs. If the burnt flavour continues, remove the pod and replace it with a fresh one.
Pod Is Leaking
Remove the pod and wipe away any liquid with a dry tissue. Check the pod for cracks or damaged seals. Refit it securely. Stop using the pod if heavy leaking continues.
Gurgling Sound
Gurgling may happen when extra condensation enters the airflow. Remove the pod, wipe the base and mouthpiece, and take slow, gentle puffs. Do not shake, squeeze, or blow hard into the pod.
E-Liquid Reaches the Mouth
Stop using the device and wipe the mouthpiece. Keep the device upright and avoid very hard puffs. Replace the pod if liquid continues entering the mouth or the pod appears damaged.
Airflow Feels Tight
Check the mouthpiece and airflow openings for dust or condensation. Clean them carefully with a dry tissue. Do not use pins, blades, or metal tools inside the pod or device.
Pod Runs Out Too Quickly
Long and frequent puffs use more e-liquid. Take shorter, slower draws and allow a small break between puffs. Puff numbers are estimates and depend on each person’s vaping style.
Device Works With One Pod but Not Another
The new pod may have damaged contacts or an internal fault. Clean and reinstall it once. When the issue continues but other pods work normally, stop using the faulty pod and replace it.
