• Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Mon–Thu): Dispatched the next morning
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday: Processed and dispatched on Monday
• Delivery Time: 2–3 working days (may vary during public or national holidays)

Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: £2.99 for orders under £25 (2–3 working days)
• Free Delivery: On all orders above £25 (2–3 working days)
• Royal Mail First Class Delivery: £3.99 (1–2 working days)
• Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery: £7.99 (Mon–Fri, orders before 2:00 PM; excludes weekends)

authentic and original. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we make the return and refund
process simple and transparent. Before requesting a return or refund, please review our terms below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

• The product you received is faulty, damaged, or non-functioning.
• You received the wrong item.
• You wish to return an item for personal choice, provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

• Batteries
• Atomizers
• Drip Tips and Mouthpieces
• Opened or Used Pods
• Any Clearance Sale Items

Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Customers must notify us via info@eliquidbase.co.uk within 3 days of delivery if the product is damaged, faulty, or defective.
• Refunds will not be granted for items returned without a manufacturing fault.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• Approved refunds are processed within 30 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Returns Policy

• All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• For items without a manufacturing defect, the product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Disposables: must be reported within 1 day of delivery if faulty.
• Pod systems/devices: must be reported within 5 days of delivery if faulty.
• Customers may exchange a product for another of the same price or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.

Returns & Refund Procedure

• Notify us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, product photo, and a short explanation of the issue.
• Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
• Securely pack the product to prevent damage during transit.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
