Sonder Q3 Is Not Firing
Check that the battery has power and the pod is fully inserted. Remove the cartridge and wipe the metal contacts with a dry tissue. Try a new Q pod if the problem continues.
Burnt or Dry Taste
Stop vaping and check the e-liquid level. Refill the pod and allow it to sit. If the burnt taste remains, the integrated coil is damaged and the cartridge should be replaced.
Weak Flavour
Low e-liquid, an old pod or blocked airflow can weaken the flavour. Refill the cartridge, clean the mouthpiece and adjust the airflow. Replace the pod if flavour does not improve.
Pod Is Leaking
Do not overfill the cartridge. Close the filling seal firmly and keep the device upright when possible. Small drops can be condensation, but a cracked or heavily leaking pod should be replaced.
Device Is Not Charging
Try another suitable USB-C cable and check the charging port for dirt. Use a 5V/2A power source. Do not charge the device if the port, cable or battery appears damaged.
No Vapour Is Coming Out
Check the battery, pod connection and e-liquid level. Make sure the airflow opening is not fully blocked. Remove the pod, clean the contacts and insert it again securely.
Device Activates by Itself
Remove the pod immediately and clean away any e-liquid or condensation near the contacts and airflow sensor. Stop using the device if the problem continues and contact the retailer.
Gurgling or Spitback
Gurgling may happen when too much liquid enters the coil. Remove the pod, wipe the mouthpiece and gently clear extra liquid. Avoid very hard inhales, as they can pull excess liquid into the coil.
Battery Runs Down Quickly
Lower-resistance pods and long, frequent puffs use more battery power. Try a higher-resistance Q pod, shorten each puff and make sure the device is fully charged before use.
Pod Feels Loose
Remove the cartridge and check for dirt or damage around the connection. Use only genuine compatible Geekvape Q replacement pods. Replace any cartridge that is cracked, bent or does not sit correctly.
