Device Does Not Produce Vapour
Check that the battery is charged and the pod is pushed in fully. Remove the cartridge, wipe the contacts with dry tissue, reinstall it, and inhale again. Replace the pod if the problem continues.
Device Shows a Red Battery Light
A red battery light normally means the battery is low. Connect the device to a suitable USB-C cable and 5V charging source. Allow it to charge before trying to vape again.
Burnt or Dry Taste
Stop vaping immediately and check the e-liquid level. Refill the pod if needed. A new cartridge must sit for at least five minutes after filling. Replace the pod if the burnt taste remains.
Weak Flavour or Low Vapour
Check whether Eco Mode is active. Switch to Boost Mode for stronger flavour, open the airflow slightly, or try a lower-resistance pod. Replace an old pod when its flavour and vapour become weak.
Pod Is Leaking
Make sure the filling plug is fully closed and avoid filling above the pod’s limit. Remove the cartridge and wipe away collected liquid. Keep the device upright when possible and avoid leaving it in high heat.
Gurgling or E-Liquid in the Mouthpiece
Remove the pod and wipe the mouthpiece and lower contacts. Do not overfill the cartridge. Use slower, gentler inhales because very sharp puffs can pull excess liquid into the central airflow tube.
Touch Switch Is Not Changing Modes
Tap the touch area twice in quick succession. Clean and dry the control surface if it does not respond. Charge the battery and try again before contacting the retailer for support.
Battery Is Draining Too Quickly
Boost Mode, the 0.6Ω pod, open airflow, and frequent vaping use more power. Switch to Eco Mode, use a higher-resistance pod, and recharge with a suitable 5V/2A charging source.
Pod Feels Loose
Remove the cartridge and check for packaging material, liquid, or dirt around the connection. Clean it gently and reinstall the pod. Do not use the device if the pod or body appears damaged.
Device Becomes Unusually Hot
Stop using the kit and allow it to cool. Keep it away from direct sunlight and hot vehicles. If overheating continues during normal use or charging, disconnect it and contact the retailer.
