Device Does Not Produce Vapour
Check that the battery is charged and the pod is fitted correctly. Remove the pod, clean the contact points with dry tissue, reinstall it, and try inhaling again.
Pod Is Not Detected
Make sure you are using a compatible NeXLIM pod. Clean the bottom of the pod and the device contacts. Replace the pod if its contact points appear damaged.
E-Liquid Tastes Burnt
Stop vaping and check the liquid level. Refill the pod if it is low. A burnt taste that continues after refilling usually means the pod needs replacing.
Flavour Feels Weak
Check the wattage, airflow, and selected mode. BOOST Mode may provide stronger flavour. Replace the pod if it has been used for a long time or tastes dull.
Pod Is Leaking
Make sure the filling plug is fully closed. Do not overfill the pod or leave it in strong heat. Remove excess liquid and clean the pod compartment before reinserting it.
Gurgling or Spitting Liquid
Remove the pod and wipe the mouthpiece. Gently flick excess liquid into tissue. Avoid pulling too hard because a very strong inhale can draw extra liquid into the airflow.
Battery Drains Too Quickly
Lower the wattage, reduce screen use, or switch to ECO Mode. The 0.6Ω pod and BOOST Mode normally use more power than a higher-resistance pod.
Device Is Not Charging
Try another USB-C cable and a suitable power source. Check the charging port for dirt or moisture. Do not use the device if the port appears damaged.
Pod Feels Too Tight
Open the airflow control or choose the 0.6Ω pod for a looser draw. The 1.2Ω pod is designed to provide a tighter MTL inhale.
Pod Feels Too Loose
Close the airflow slider and try a 0.8Ω or 1.2Ω pod. These higher-resistance options are better suited to a tighter mouth-to-lung draw.
