The Device Is Not Producing Vapour
Remove the pod and clean its bottom contacts with dry tissue. Insert it firmly again. Charge the battery if it is low, unlock the device, and check for a connection warning.
The Pod Is Not Being Detected
Make sure you are using a compatible ARGUS cartridge. Check that the pod base and device contacts are clean, dry, and free from e-liquid or dust.
The Vapour Tastes Burnt
Stop vaping and check the e-liquid level. Refill the pod and wait several minutes. If the burnt taste remains, the built-in coil is damaged and the complete pod needs replacing.
E-Liquid Is Leaking from the Pod
Check that the filling plug is fully closed. Avoid overfilling, strong squeezing, and leaving the device in heat. Clean the pod and device contacts before using it again.
The Pod Is Making a Gurgling Sound
Gurgling can happen when too much liquid enters the airflow path. Remove the pod, wrap the mouthpiece in tissue, and gently flick out extra liquid before cleaning the contacts.
Vapour Production Feels Weak
Check the battery level, airflow position, pod resistance, and wattage. Make sure the pod contains enough liquid and that the coil has not reached the end of its life.
The Battery Is Not Charging
Try another suitable USB cable and power source. Check the charging port for dust or liquid. Do not force the cable, and stop using the device if it becomes unusually hot.
The E-Liquid Spits into the Mouth
Lower the wattage, inhale more gently, and remove extra liquid from the airflow tube. Do not overfill the pod or leave it lying on its side for long periods.
The Screen Shows a Short-Circuit Warning
Remove the pod immediately. Clean and dry the contacts, then try a different compatible pod. Stop using the original cartridge if the warning appears again.
The Battery Runs Out Quickly
Higher wattage and the 0.4-ohm mode use more battery power. Select 0.7 or 1.0 ohm, reduce the wattage, and close the airflow slightly for longer battery use.
