Schedule 

 

We stick to a disciplinary delivery schedule to ensure on-time deliveries. 

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM from Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM from Monday to Thursday are dispatched the next morning

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday are processed and dispatched the next working day (Monday)

Note that the delivery time for all the orders is 2 to 3 working days and may vary during national or public holidays. 

Shipping Charges

 

• Standard shipping charges of £2.99 are applied to all orders under £20 and are delivered within 2 to 3 working days. 

• Free delivery is available on all orders above £20, and they are also delivered within 2 to 3 working days. 

• For faster delivery, the customers can opt for Royal Mail First Class Delivery, charged at £3.99 with an expected delivery window of 1 to 2 working days. 

• For urgent orders, we offer Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery for £7.99 (excluding weekends). For this, the orders placed before 2 pm (Mon-Fri) are processed the same day, while the orders placed after 4 pm are processed the next day.

Courier Associates 

 

To make sure your item is delivered timely and safely, we have collaborated with various courier services, including Royal Mail. While we take extra precautionary measures to process orders efficiently, we are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the courier service.

Consider the following:

 

• Customers must report any damaged, faulty, or incomplete packages within 3 days of receiving their order. Supporting images or videos may be required for verification.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
